We have some exciting News for Lever Law!

We are happy to announce that our Managing Director, Dale Lever, is the New Chairman of the Dunelm Foundation Charity which is replacing the previously called Barnardos Dinner.

The Barnardos Dinner had been running for the last 25 years in Durham and to date the sum of £390,000 has been raised for a very worthwhile cause.   

After last year’s dinner the committee took the decision to make some changes so that we could support several causes, many of them in the North East. Keith Johnson, the previous Chairman, decided after 25 years to focus on his other charity work and therefore stepped down.

Dale has since taken over this role, and as decided by himself and the committee, have renamed the event, as well as changing the charity that will receive the donations. Rather than going to Barnardos, the money raised on the night of the dinner will go to a selected local charity, meaning the money can go towards helping those in the North East who are in need.

The 2019 dinner will be held at Ramside Hall Hotel on Friday October 4th. We have two fabulous speakers to entertain us. Kevin Keegan OBE, legendary former Manager of Newcastle United and as a player European Cup Winner with Liverpool and three times league championship winner. Kevin will be joined by the brilliant impressionist Kevin Connelly, who will no doubt bring with him an array of friends from the sporting and celebrity world.

We expect a big demand for tickets and are looking forward to hosting those who return year after year as well as those who will be joining us for the first time.
